Our Chartered Arts & Antiques Surveyor & Professional Photography Team have the knowledge and experience to deliver expert, RICS-standard valuation reports for legal, insurance or verification purposes, so whether you’re a solicitor, executor, trustee or simply need verification from a professional, we can help.
Our valuations service is ideal for Probate, Inheritance Tax and Insurance, and is delivered to the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors specifications. This is a bespoke service, tailored to your needs, but as a guide will cost £95 (+VAT) for the first hour & £60 for each subsequent hour. Day & project rates are also available.
