   My Predicament

     Hello, I'm a veteran residing in the City of Auburn, Northern California, 95603.  I was a member of the service but have a "Schizo-Affective" disorder that did affect my ability to perform while on active duty in Germany during 1988.  I control my condition by using a couple different kinds of prescribed medications and I was first clinically diagnosed with this disability by the US ARMY in 1989.

     Although I have been labeled handicapped I have tried to get myself some schooling and find a career that could better my life.  Because I am being treated for my illness I'm somewhat able, but usually when I try I end up having my plans become incomplete for one reason or another, the two biggest reasons being; one, emotional integrity and second, the ability to be able to apply newly educated skills on the job while also functioning with others in a competitive workplace.  I am still not considered a skilled worker.  Sometimes it seems to me like everyone has got me beat because jobs are hard to keep and also my disability, I wish I had the "FREEDOM" to do the kind of work I want without people complaining about their money and profit margins too.

<----------------------------------->

     Usually even if your a person with a disability you can still function in the community if you take your Med's and have a routine, there are countless stories of people who did and I want to be one of those people!  I've been thinking lately that distributing my novel by using the Internet is in actuality a real great idea not only because the cost of my book is as cheap and affordable as any greeting cards that you can buy in a Thrift Store, but also because it would be next to impossible for me to save a large amount of money Mowing my neighbor's Lawns or by doing whatever other odd jobs that people do around these parts.  I went to College in 1985-86 and did some other technical classes between then and now too but there are billions of people in the world (1000's of millions) who can afford $3.45 for a copy of my NOVEL that's here on my website and if I can make enough money through sales I may possibly be able to yield my SSDI.  Even now you can look me up in every Public Library at this URL (my website's address) on their Internet and download my entire novel easily to anywhere on a computer thanks to a book file's really small size.  Any taxable amount of money I receive from sales, although probably only some small fraction compared to the preceding statistics, will be reported to SSDI and prepared quarterly for the IRS.  Of course I hope to do as well as I can, and who knows I may even make a million dollars or more!

     I've been on Social Security Disability (SSDI) for sometime, I feel I need the extra help to properly pay the bills here in California, it's even tough for employed people and only a small apartment can be found for under $850./ month including the garbage and utilities.  I also have benefits of $770./ month from the VA in Disability Compensation because I'm an ARMY veteran with 600 days of enlistment whoes handicapped, my hospital records as a "mos 52 delta" Generator Mechanic and later evaluation rated me 50% Disabled.  Including the money I receive from (SSDI) $757./ month plus my Disability Compensation I have a budget of $1527./ month, but even if I had a paying job too I could only take home a pre-determined amount of extra money each month because of SSDI's rules.

     Some of the best ideas I have had for using my finances were from e-mails and other internet contained advertising for promotions of Websites and other Literature.  I've ascertained that internet marketing companies will be highly user friendly in our near future, especially for people like me, and with one-time purchases my Novel sales could make my Disability Benefits look "pale in comparison," so read on ...

<------------------------------------>

     I have talked to some people about my future plans and what is available for me and mostly they believe it would be best to work on refining the process of selling my books and to use my resources on house payments in the future instead of paying rent to create a more normal financial arrangement.
